Return Process

Step 1: Let us know and get the shipping address.
To kick start your return process, please get in touch with us using the Chat widget at the bottom right of our website or email us at: shop@millieandellie.com.au. Don't forget to mention:
The order id
Reason for return.
We will send you the shipping address.

Step 2: Pack the item(s).
Flip the original shipping bag & pack the item along with the original cover & tags. Seal the package securely. Alternatively, if you do not have the shipping satchel, use any suitable bag / envelop. You may procure one at the post office too!!

Step 3: Ship it to us via Australia Post.
Head over to the nearest Australia Post office and send it to us via a trackable post. Please take a picture of the receipt and send it to us via chat or email at shop@millieandellie.com.au.

Step 4: Get the refund.
We will initiate the refund process as soon as we receive the returned item. We will refund the total purchase amount. It may take up to 5 business days, depending on the mode of payment used initially.

We shall also add a coupon equal to the amount you spent for shipping it. As mentioned before, you need to send us the Australia Post receipt for generating the coupon.
